Online Media Buyer/Publisher Development 2+yrs (in-house and/or remote)

We are seeking an experienced Online Media Buyer/Publisher Development (Display). This role combines elements of business development and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic and client-oriented professional should demonstrate abilities in sales, B2B/B2C negotiations, partner relationship and account management.

Responsibilities

    Negotiate and develop targeted relationships with new publishers and advertising networks (incl. review and approval)
    Create new client accounts
    Day-to-day supervision for assigned partner accounts
    Participate in resolution of major accounts problems
    Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing partners
    Perform daily analysis of key performance metrics
    Monitor traffic and campaign performance on an ongoing basis
    Manage and analyze online media buys to meet company’s goals
    Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred, but not required
    At least 2+ years Online Media Buying/Account Management/Publisher Development experience
    Established publisher and industry contacts
    Solid understanding of the Internet
    Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    Strong understanding of advertising measurements (incl. CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, etc.)
    Advertising experience in campaign development and performance analysis
    Knowledge of various ad serving platforms is a plus
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    Strong quantitative, analytical and negotiating skills
    A fluent command of both written and spoken English is a must (knowledge of other EU languages is a plus)
    Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    Self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Ability to work flexible schedule as required

Location

    In-house – Toronto, Canada
    Remote – EU, North and South American countries (work from home with daily communication and reports)
